Individuals and Families

  1. Many people approach us because they want to learn how to apply NVC in their own lives. People often find that working individually with BayNVC trainers offers an accelerated path of healing and learning.
  2. Individuals are helped to experience wholeness and peace where there was pain, find reconciliation, and restore a spirit of cooperation in caring for other’s needs.
  3. We offer support in the areas of:
    • Conflict resolution
    • Private coaching
    • Empathy
  4. If you are interested in a private coaching session or mediation, we invite you to review the bios of our trainers who offer private, couples and mediation sessions and contact one of us directly. The trainer will schedule an initial call to answer any questions you might have and determine whether working together would be a good fit.
  5. Also see this article, written by former BayNVC trainer Meganwind Eoyang, about what happens in coaching sessions.
  6. Please check with the trainer we connect you with about fees and payment arrangements.

  2. We use the process of Nonviolent Communication to facilitate and help create the quality of connection between people where both partners’ needs can be met through compassionate giving.
  3. Couples are helped to connect with universal needs we all share as human beings, and out of that connection there is very often a natural desire to joyfully contribute to the needs of their partner, and to invite others to freely contribute to them out of that compassionate energy.
  4. Through this process, couples are helped to experience wholeness and peace where there was pain, find reconciliation, and restore a spirit of cooperation in caring for each other’s needs.

  2. Parenting is hard work in the best of times. Parenting during challenging times raises even more questions. What are ways of engaging with children that thwart their development, and how do we tell them apart from ways of supporting an emerging young adult? How can parents synergize their different styles and life experiences to present a united, integrated response to the opportunities and challenges in their family’s life? We offer individualized coaching sessions to support parents, both with and without the children in their lives.

MEDIATION

BayNVC trainers offer mediation services to individuals and groups seeking to resolve and transform conflicts. The focus of our mediation sessions is on supporting all parties to hear each other and reach solutions that address everyone’s needs as they become known in the course of mediation.
