Liberation in Three Chapters: Personal and Collective Practices for Embracing a Collaborative Future – London

Gift and exchange paradigms. Money and interdependence. Ownership and stewardship. Putting needs at the center. Inequality and language. A world beyond coercion.
Purpose driving choice. Unleashing creativity through togetherness. Collaborating across power differences. Transcending obstacles to collaboration.
Finding principles within positions. Expanding willingness through mattering. Inviting and engaging with dissent. Mutual influencing. This workshop is highly interactive and is designed to cover a lot of ground without getting into details. Come prepared to learn, laugh, cry, and think freshly about almost everything.
How We Will Deal With Money
How we share resources in an important part of this work. Miki offers her teaching on a gift economy basis. This is part of a vision of a world where resources flow from where they are, to where they are needed. As part of this, we share our costs and ask people to contribute an amount of their choosing towards meeting them on the day. Thank you for joining us on this complex but incredibly rich investigation.

Our Costs
Miki is an employee of Bay NVC on a moderate salary for California.
To carry out the work they do currently, Bay NVC have calculated they need $3500 (£2583 at present rate) per day for Miki’s Training.
Costs of 42 acres and organisation costs and transport to follow, but anticipated to be in the region of £1500
We anticipate that we will have 50 ish people attending this event so hope to generate an average of £81.66 per person. Some people will give considerably less, even nothing, and some considerably more.
You are invited to stretch into receiving as well as giving. We want to make a way that everyone who wants to be in the room can be in the room 🙂
