FAMILIES

1. Many families approach us because they want to learn how to apply NVC in their own lives. People often find that working individually with BayNVC trainers offers an accelerated path of healing and learning.

2. Parenting is hard work in the best of times. Parenting during challenging times raises even more questions. What are ways of engaging with children that thwart their development, and how do we tell them apart from ways of supporting an emerging young adult? How can parents synergize their different styles and life experiences to present a united, integrated response to the opportunities and challenges in their family’s life? We offer individualized coaching sessions to support parents, both with and without the children in their lives.

3. We use the process of Nonviolent Communication to help create the quality of connection between family members in which everyone’s needs can be met through compassionate giving.
