BayNVC Administrator Job Description

Our shared purpose at BayNVC is reclaiming collaboration and freedom for the benefit of all. We focus our work in two ways to achieve this purpose:

Leadership and collaboration: we support organizations and leaders to respond to collective needs with effectiveness, creativity, and care for all.

Choice and freedom: we support individuals and families in experiencing inner peace, greater choice, and integrity.

The ideal candidate is a practical implementer, someone who is able to both identify tasks and then implement them at the detail level with limited support. Experience with and passion about NVC are essential to be able to understand, frame, and excite others about the work. In addition, a commitment to collaboration, open communication, and generosity, even under stress, is essential to infusing our work with the joy we all want it to have. We are committed to a vision of creating change in the world and are willingly rolling up our sleeves to do what is needed to bring about those changes. We hope to find a candidate who will complement what we already have on the BayNVC team.
